The Spanish word 'yoga' comes from Sanskrit (“yuj” :, concentrate the mind, absorbed in meditation and “yoke":marital).
Many people think that yoga was originated possibly in India, because there are many writes and code that demonstrate this techniques.
There are many types of yoga that are considered essential, these are:

+ Raja yoga: Usually identified with the Raja Yoga Astanga yoga described by Patanjali

+ Jnana yoga: can refer to learning or conceptual knowledge, and the highest wisdom, intuitive insight or gnosis, ie a kind of liberating knowledge or intuition. Occasionally, even jñāna equated with the ultimate Reality.

+ Karma yoga: is the complete dedication of the activities, words and mind to God
Yoga practice works not only the physical body, keeps you on top form, hardens and lengthens muscles, also works on the nervous and circulatory system, purifying and swinging.

In the past, traditional healers used these positions as a way of healing emotional disorders and diseases. The result will be a regular practice of various health benefits, such as high strength, flexibility, deep breathing and an overall improvement in mood and emotional state of being.

The traditions of Hatha Yoga provides powerful physical results and are intended to serve as a union of mental and spiritual dimensions of Yoga.
